
Lionel Adams, of Calgary, Alberta, just had life-saving surgery to remove a cancerous mass in his left lung. This mass was found not by his doctor, but by his cat.
Tiger, Adams’s eight-year-old cat, “would climb into bed and take his paw and drag it down my left side—he was adamant there was something there,” he said. “And it was right where the cancer was.”
So there you have it–owning a cat could save your life.
